We manufacture the 1997-2011 Corvette Seat Bottom Cushion Repair / Upgrade Kit here in the USA. 

As many of you may know, the fit and comfort of the C5 & C6 Corvette seats are not as good as they need to be.  The stock bottom cushion seats side bolsters do not have any support under them so as you climb in/out of the car, the bolsters goes flat and provide no lateral support. In addition, the thin steel wires in the center section quickly slice into the foam and cause the seat to sag and pinch around the hips causing discomfort. The leather looks baggy and deep wrinkles develop making your interior look old long before it should. 

Our DIY C5 / C6 Corvette Seat Bottom Cushion Upgrade / Repair Kit saves hundreds of dollars, time, and hassle of having your seat repaired by the dealer or upholstery shop.  While new seat foam is available, it is expensive but it still does not correct the design defect.

• High-density commercial grade upholstery foam to add the missing support under the bottom bolsters.
• Tough, wear resistant industrial-grade Ballistic nylon to repair/prevent the center wires from cutting into the foam.
• .25 inch thick jute pad to make the seat bottom firmer down the middle.
  
• Zip ties to replace the metal hog rings.
• Detail, easy to read step-by-step instructions with photos.
