Procharger Stage II Intercooled Tuner Supercharger Kit (Corvette LS3 08-13)

This is an ATI / Procharger C6 3 Core Air-to-Air Intercooled Stage II Supercharger TUNER KIT with a P-1SC-1 head unit and dedicated 6 rib pulley setup for the Corvette C6 and Z06 2007-2013 (LS3, LS7) which will get you a 40-50% horsepower gain on just 4-7 psi of boost! This is the tuner kit which will require a custom tune done locally after you install the kit, and does not include a programmer, fuel injectors, or high performance fuel pump. 

Over the years the power levels of Corvette C6 with Procharger Superchargers have been pushed from 550 RWHP to upwards of 1,400 RWHP. In order to meet the high-performance demands of today's C6 Corvettes Procharger has developed their newest Stage II kits.

A challenge with high HP C6 supercharger systems is combating serpentine belt slip. The Longer the belt, the more it will stretch as power is applied to it. To keep the Procharger drive belt short, we have incorporated a dedicated belt drive into the Stage II system. The dedicated belt drive works by separating the supercharger and accessories from the single drive belt and runs them on the belt of their own. The supercharger runs a dedicated belt directly to the factory balancer, and the accessories are driven by a new power transfer drive system that allows them to run on a a different belt. By adding a dedicated belt system for the Procharger, we are able to decrease the overall belt length by over 40%, creating an ultra-strong grip, which in turn leads to more consistent boost levels and less belt slip. The accessories are given a strong OEM spring-loaded tensioner to ensure they have adequate belt pressure applied as their belt wears and grows over time.

The Stage II system comes standard with a 6-rib supercharger drive belt, which can be upgraded to an 8 or 12 rib drive system with the addition of an aftermarket balancer. The Stage II system also includes a 4.00" air inlet tube combined with a high-flowing, reusable air filter. If you already have an existing HO Procharger system, you can upgrade to the Stage II System and the Race Intercooler as well.
