Our layaway program allows you to make payments whenever you can. Once you pay off your layaway purchase, we will ship your new products to you.

Note:  We are currently out of stock on Ferrea F2042p hollow SS exhaust Valves (we have had over 500 on order with Ferrea since Early February and as of 6/29/22they still have no ETA).

We are now upgrading all customers orders to new GM late model LS7 sodium exhaust valves for free until the F2042p valves come back in stock.

The Late model GM sodium exhaust valve is an excellent valve that has zero issues. The only GM sodium that had issues were the early model version which was manufactured from 2006-2008. After that GM switch to Manley manufacturing the valves and Manley immediately corrected any and all issues that the early design valves had. The late model GM sodium valves are every bit as good as the Ferrea F2042p valves if not better. It is the only exhaust valve that SIRP Tuning (C6z06 n/a ¼ mile world record holder) runs in all his LS7 heads we have built for him over the years and he swears by them. In short customers should not worry at all about the late model GM sodium valve and in fact should look at it as a free upgrade (Prior they were an additional $398 upgrade cost over the F2042p valves. The GM late model sodium exhaust valve is also lighter than the F2042p valves by 8 grams). Excellent valve that we fully stand behind!

Pricing listed is for the set and Includes:

For those that dont want any down time, we have Core Sets of LS7 Heads on the shelf and ready to send out.  We send you the heads, you install them and then send back your old for your core refund.  We charge a fully refundable $2,000 core deposit for use of a core set of heads

***CYLINDER HEAD CORE DISCLAIMER PLEASE READ***

All core return cylinder heads must be fully assembled and in good re workable condition. We will not accept damaged heads as core returns. Damage can apply to cylinder head castings and/or cylinder head hardware.

We will only accept stock GM non-reworked cylinder heads as cores. We do not accept any previously reworked cylinder heads as cores.

The stock GM titanium intake valves have a hardness coating on them from the factory. This hardness coating is required to be 100% intact in order for the titanium intake valves to be re workable and accepted as core returns. If the titanium intake valve coating is damaged in any way, the valve will not be accepted and the core return amount due back to the customer will be deducted $145 per damaged intake  valve.

See Website Terms Section for additional details.

Note: Once we receive core return heads, it can take up to 90 days to process your core heads and to credit you back to funding source (Credit card, PayPal,  etc...).

Moldstar90 Valve Guides

Moldstar90 is our premium valve guide. We originally designed our  Moldstar90 valve guides for our race customers who demanded a bigger,  badder, better valve guide for heavy track abuse.  Our solution was  Moldstar90.  Moldstar90 is the same material used in Formula 1 and Indy  Car cylinder heads.  Moldstar90 has better thermal properties than Both  Bronze and Powder Metal (Moldstar90 pulls more heat from the valve).   Moldstar90 work hardens over time.  The longer Moldstar90 is used and  the more heat its exposed to the harder and stronger it gets (it  strengths over time). Moldstar90 has superior natural lubricating  property's when compared to Bronze and Powder Metal.  So superior that  Moldstar90 could be run dry in a flash oil out situation without damaged  to the valve or valve guide.   We originally just used Moldstar90 in our track heads but over the years  with its increase in popularity we have used Moldstar90 guides in 100%  street duty/bone stock vehicles with amazing results.   If your looking for the best valve guides and the most peace of mind for  street or track look no further than our Moldstar90 valve guides.

Additional information on the types of Intake valves (intake valve options) we offer:

GM LS7 ti intake valve

Advantages:  Light weight

Disadvantage:  CRN coated.  Titanium is a very soft metal and in order  for a soft titanium valve to live in a valve guide it has to have a CRN  coating applied to the stem.  This coating is just microns thick but it  keeps the valve from destroying itself.  The biggest disadvantage here is the application of the CRN that GM did on these valves.  In short the CRN coating is not done as it should have been and this then leave the possibility for a crn coating failure.   In short of a CRN coating failure occurs the coating wears down or get  a hole in it, then that part of the titanium valve stem will make contact with the guide and start to eat away at the  valve itself.  The Valve basically gets widdled away like a kid widdling  on a stick by the guide if a CRN coated valve experiences a CRN coating failure.

AHP Ti Moly intake valve

Advantages:  Light weight, No coating to fail.   Ti moly is a hardened  material unlike raw titanium.  Ti moly since its a hard material doe  snot need a crn coating to live in a valve guide hense no coating to  fail ever.    These are the best type of ti valves you can put in any cylinder head.  In fact the only reason gm used CRN  coated ti valves vs ti moly valves was to save on costs as the ti moly  is more expensive than crn coated titanium.  If you want the best titanium intake valve you can put in a cylinder head for max longevity and reliability you want our AHP Ti Moly Intake Valves.  Works with Hardened PM or Moldstar90 valve guides.

Disadvantage:  None other than higher cost

Ferrea Hollow Intake Valve
Advantages:   No coating to fail.  Hard through and through like  a traditional steel valve.

Disadvantage:  Heavy!  You need a beefier spring to support this valve in  most cases.  For example I would not run this valve with the stock  spring as it will not properly support it.  If running this valve you  need to run either btr dual springs w/ti retainers or PSI springs with titanium retainer.  In short the more valve weight  you have the more spring pressure you need to control it.
