For the serious street enthusiast or racer, Paxton Automotive offers theor race-proven NOVI-2000 supercharger system. The NOVI-2000 system is set at the factory to produce approximately 8psi of boost on a stock 5.0 liter engine, but with the correct pulley, can produce 27psi of boost and sustain 900+ horsepower on a modified race engine. Because the NOVI-2000 system is capable of such a wide variety of applications, it's built from the very best components to suit the demands of today's Mustang enthusiast. - 1/2" thick billet aluminum brackets, black anodized for a factory appearance
- 10-rib drive system prevents belt slippage even under double digit boost levels
- 86-93 systems feature dual idler pulleys that ensure correct belt tension and prevent "throwing" at high rpm
- Discharge tub made of cast aluminum, not plastic
- Oil feed and oil drain assemblies deliver the best possible lubrication and cooling for the supercharger ,even under sustained boost conditions
