We accept phone orders during our regular business hours. Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST. We also offer internet ordering at www.tpsmotorsports.com, 24-hours a day.
We accept Cashier's Checks and Money Orders made payable to TPS Motorsports. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Paypal. Credit card orders can only be shipped to the billing address listed with the bank that issued the card. CA residents, add 9.75% sales tax. Call for Wire Transfer information.
items will be shipped via UPS Ground Service unless otherwise requested. UPS requires a physical street address; they will not deliver to a P.O. Box. All freight charges are the customer's responsibility. Please note that all freight charges quoted are for UPS Ground Service on the price list. We will be happy to quote you charges for other shipping methods. Some shipments will be shipped USPS
C5/C6 Brake Caliper & Bracket
*$400 Refundable Core Charge will be charged per order. Cores must be received within 30 days of receiving TPS calipers/brackets to receive full $400 refund. $100 will be deducted from refund if cores are not received back within 40 days of customer receiving TPS calipers/ brackets. $200 will be deducted from refund if cores are not received back within 50 days of customer receiving TPS Calipers/ brackets. After 60 days of receiving Calipers/ Brackets NO CORE REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. Cores are sent back with painted or powder coated will have $100 removed from the core refund.
All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. Your purchase will be backed by the limited warranty extended by the manufacturer of the parts. TPS Motorsports and the manufacturer will not honor warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling or installation, neglect, accidents, or competition use. Warranty claims apply to parts only. All Chrome Exchange and 1-piece reproduction wheels come with a "Lifetime Limited" chrome warranty. Complete warranty will accompany wheel shipments. TPS Motorsports does not directly warrant any high performance part or labor. Performance parts are installed at the customers risk and any warranty claim must be taken up with the manufactures. Performance parts may or may not meet individual state emission laws. It is the customer's responsibility to determine the emission standards and laws of his or her area. TPS Motorsports does not cover labor on any warranty claim. All TPS Motorsports Forged Wheels are designed for street use only. Warranty is void if used for racing.
Returns are only accepted if the item is defective. Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our customer service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Most problems, such as installation, can be solved with a telephone call. TPS Motorsports will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. The customer is responsible for freight on all return orders. Parts authorized to be returned, on a non-exchange basis, are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment. Certain items are non-returnable including brake kits, seats, superchargers and anything that is a special or custom order Any item that is a custom or special order is not cancelable without authorization from TPS. Any custom order that is not picked up 30 days after the customer has been given notification it is ready to be delivered will be considered adbandoned and the property of TPS Motorsports. The special order will then be sold to recoup storage fees calculated at $30 a day for the special order item.
SPECIAL OR CUSTOM ORDER
Special or custom orders such as superchargers, rollcages, turbocharger kits, etc.. are non cancellable without prior written approval from TPS Motorsports. TPS reserves the right to charge up to a 30% cancellation fee for any "Special or custom order" canceled.
All items that are considered "oversized" are items that can be shipped via UPS, but at an oversized rate, indicating a minimum fee of a 30lb. package. You will need to contact our Customer Service Department for shipping quotes on all "OS" items.
Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise. Should any damage occur, immediately notify UPS so that all the necessary steps be taken to insure prompt replacement of any damaged goods. Notify TPS Motorsports Customer Service Department for instructions on returning damaged goods. TPS Motorsports is not responsible for any claims arising from damage notification given after three (3) days of receipt of delivery.
Always check the contents of your delivery to ensure that all the parts ordered are received. If you are missing any items please check to see if they have been backordered on the invoice before calling the Customer Service Department. If a shortage has occurred, please contact our Customer Service Department within three (3) days of delivery to insure a prompt replacement. TPS Motorsports assumes no liability after this point.
All international orders must be prepaid before shipment can be sent. Due to the constant fluctuation of currency rates and depending on the items being ordered, your freight fees will vary. It is important that you contact TPS Motorsports for shipping quotes.
ALASKA & HAWAII
FREE SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR MOST orders shipped to Hawaii or Canada. Additonal shipping costs will be required for any orders above 3lbs. Please contact TPS Motorsports for accuate shipping quotes to Hawaii and Alaska.
All orders outside California are exempt from sales tax. California residents are required to add the appropriate sales tax to all orders. Rates are subject to change without notice. The current rate is 9.75%.
