TPS/ RSI Plug N Play Fuel Pump Kit (97-03 C5 Corvette) PNP

RSI is officially releasing the new version 1500HP fuel hanger for your 97-02 C5!

Over 10 years ago, we released the first C5 RSI fuel pump hanger. The first version was designed and produced by our machine shop partners at that time. It was a great option that worked with the stock siphon system and used the stock fuel level sending unit to supply fuel up to 1000HP. The original hanger was greeted with welcome arms and helped fuel hundreds of builds. In the following years, we ultimately stopped selling the C5 hanger and knew we eventually would release a completely new version with better features and a greatly improved design.

Please allow me to introduce the industry leading in-tank option for the C5 Corvette. Like the first version, this system doesn't reuse stock parts that were never meant to support the kind of massive HP/TQ being made today. The new RSI C5 fuel hanger is a complete replacement unit that is made in-house at RSI. The splayed pump design allows the use of the 38/50 series Walbro fuel pumps. These pump options will allow for use of the Walbro 267 (450 LPH), 274 (450 LPH “High Pressure”), or 285 (525 LPH) “Hellcat” fuel pumps. The pump mounting design makes for easy installation. The dual pumps are plumbed with PTFE hose and merged inside the hanger top manifold and allow for a single -8 AN outlet. The use of the old venturi block has been eliminated and now replaced by a single -4 AN Venturi outlet. Dual -6 AN return ports serve to connect your external regulator and the return hose from the passenger tank. The pumps still utilize the same lay flat prefilters and every hanger is wired with an RSI hermetic electrical connector. The RSI level sensor bracket makes moving your factory level sensor over a breeze.

All RSI hangers come assembled and are not available without pumps. These units are black anodized and E85 compatible.

Hangers are available for both early 97-99 C5 tanks and 2000-2002 (Early Non-FFS 2003 as well)
