The perfect Jeep Gladiator Exhaust does exist, and it's called AWE's Tread Edition. Handcrafted from US-made 3" T304L stainless steel, the Tread Edition is a full, straight-through Cat Back configuration for drivers looking for rugged performance and a drone-free, signature exhaust note without sacrificing daily-drivability. The Tread Edition features a bespoke resonator in the mid pipe, followed by AWE's patented, drone-canceling 180 Technology, right before the rear axle (i.e. where the cabin ends). This combination provides the Gladiator's 3.6L with a sophisticated, full-bodied soundtrack completely controllable via the throttle. With increased throttle, the Gladiator roars with aggression, but at highway speeds, the cabin is free of any drone, and volume is similar to stock. Tip Options: When it comes to bringing up the rear, drivers have a couple of options. The Tread Edition is offered as a single or dual outlet configuration, each having one 5" double-walled, straight-cut tip per tailpipe outlet. Tones worthy of tremors. For those who like it raw and rowdy, the Track Edition is for you. The Track Edition shares the same integrated H-pipe and precision engineering as its Touring Edition counterpart, minus AWE's patented drone-canceling solution, 180 Technology. In place of the 180 Technology resonators in the rear lies Track Edition straight sections. As a result, this version is known to get (really) rowdy in mid-range acceleration and deceleration and may be too much for many. Due to this reason, AWE Track Edition Exhausts cannot be returned based on sound preference. You've been warned. But if it gets too rowdy for you, we've made it easy to switch on over to the Touring Edition via our convenient Conversion Kits - no problemo. Available with 5" double-walled slash-cut tips in either Diamond Black or Chrome Silver. Or, if you prefer to keep it stealth, AWE Exhausts are also available to accommodate the factory tips.
