America's best-selling pickup just got better with the release of the 2015 Ford F-150. There's a lot of buzz surrounding the new F-150's lightweight aluminum body, but there's also plenty of excitement about the four engine choices available. Knowing F-150 enthusiasts are always looking for more power, AIRAID once again delivers the goods with MXP Series Cold Air Intake Systems for the 5.0L V8 and 2.7L / 3.5L EcoBoost V6 engines.

The new AIRAID Cold Air Intake for the 2015 F-150 starts with a large roto-molded intake box that replaces the factory intake system. The AIRAID box features a built-in cold air inlet duct that is both larger than the original and shaped to optimize airflow to the filter. An aluminum lid on the intake box keeps hot engine compartment air away from the filter and is retained by unique quick-release 1/4 - turn fasteners that don't require any tools for removal. Inside the box is a massive 1700 -cfm air filter that supplies plenty of clean, cool air to the engine while maintaining excellent filtration. The filter is available with traditional oiled filter media in red or SynthaMax dry filter material in red, blue, or black.

New engine-specific intake tubes connect the AIRAID intake box to the throttle body on the engine. The intake systems for the 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost engines include a bifurcated intake tube to feed the EcoBoost's twin turbos. For the 5.0L Coyote engine, a larger diameter single tube feeds the engine with plenty of clean air. Both intake tubes include provisions for all of the factory sensors and fittings, making for an easy bolt-on installation.
