Improve the power and performance on your 2004-08 Ford F-150 5.4L with our top of the line Stainless Works headers. All tubes are CNC mandrel bent for optimal flow. Made from 304 stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance.

Starting with 3/8" thick flanges welded to 1-3/4" primaries, these headers flow into slip-fit collectors with an integrated merge spike. Finally they finish into high-flow cats.
