Synergy Slip-And-Weld 1" Base Fitting

Our slip-and-weld (S&W) system is great for quickly prototyping and assembling complex bends and routing with CNC machine level precision.  Just test fit the pieces together, tack into place and complete the weld when everything is as you like it.  With high tolerance CNC'd internals there's no barriers or induced restriction.

This base fitting has a 1.00 inch inner diameter and requires a 1.5" slip-through hole.  There's a built-in step for locating the fitting and we've included a belled interior for extremely high smooth water flow.  Beyond fitting to other components of our S&W system it will accept 1.00 inch tubing as well.
