This is a Whipple Intercooled Supercharger Stage 2 Competition System with a W235RF 3.8L blower setup for the 2015-2017 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L which will get you 1000+HP on 93-octane fuel! While Whipple broke many rules and records with its record setting 3.0L supercharger system, holding the title of the most powerful, most advanced supercharger system available, they weren't satisfied and decided to build an all new supercharger from the ground up. If your craving more power from your Mustang GT, Whipple has the answer. The revolutionary new 3.8L Gen 5 supercharger system features new bearings, gears, rotors and housing that allow the new supercharger to spin faster, longer and safer while producing more power than any other positive displacement supercharger ever built. When compared to the 3.0L, the revolutionary 3.8L supercharger will have an improved rotor profile, increased volume, improved sealing and a 6% increased isentropic efficiency. The 3.8L will also feature a new inlet design that is 2 pieces, allowing easier access for the rear bolts, your spark plugs and other items that previous models made difficult to access. While others claim, Whipple Superchargers simply deliver more power per pound of boost than any other supercharger on the market today. The Stage 2 includes a 14% larger 150mm throttle body than the Stage 1 system.
